MB, MASi (hereinafter – Data Controller) establishes the terms and conditions for the processing of personal data when using the website managed by the Data Controller through this Privacy Policy (hereinafter – Privacy Policy). The terms and conditions set out in the Privacy Policy apply each time you wish to access our content and/or service, regardless of the device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, TV, etc.) you use.

We will retain your data for 5 years from the date of your last use of our services or content. Upon expiry of this period, the data will be deleted by software means in such a way that it cannot be recovered.

• has the right to request that the personal data controller restricts the processing of personal data where one of the legitimate grounds applies (right to restriction);
• has the right to data portability (right to portability);
• to object to personal data being processed when such data are processed or intended to be processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.

The Data Subject has the right to submit any request or instruction related to the processing of personal data to the Data Controller in writing in one of the following ways:

Upon receiving such a request or instruction, the data controller shall provide a response and perform the actions specified in the request or refuse to perform them no later than within one month of the date of the request. Where necessary, the specified period may be extended by a further two months, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests. In such cases, the data controller shall inform the data subject of any such extension within one month of receiving the request, together with the reasons for the delay.

The data controller may not provide conditions for data subjects to exercise the above-mentioned rights, except for objection to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, when, in cases provided for by law, it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation and detection of crimes, violations of official or professional ethics, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subject or other persons.
